ABOUT THE KNIGHTS
Arcadia enters the championship series riding a 14-game win streak after sweeping No. 3 seed Stevens last weekend. The Knights starting pitching in the series was excellent, as
Will Conroy allowed two earned runs in game one and
Nadell Booker surrendered three with both pitching at least into the seventh inning.
Cam Nebel served his usual fireman's role, earning the win in game one while locking down the save in the series-clincher.
Arcadia got big hits all around in the series, as
Tommy Ajjan and
Solomon Griffith knocked back-to-back RBI triples in the bottom of the eighth in game one to take the lead for good, while
Matt Donchez laced a bases-clearing three-run double early in game two.
