OCEAN BREEZE, NY. – The Arcadia University women's indoor track and field team competed in the Spartan Invitational on Friday afternoon.
The Knights had six qualifying performances and broke two program record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The 4x200m relay squad of
Izzy Kowalski,
Destiny Barnett,
Emma Mae Jones, and
Kate Smilovic broke the school record with a time of 1:52.52.
- Jones met MAC qualifying standards with personal best performances in the long jump (4.60m) and the 200m (28.25).

Olivia Schott qualified in the long jump with a distance of 4.57m. She also earned a personal best distance of 10.25m in the triple jump.
- Kowalski met MAC qualifying standards in the 60m dash with a time of 8.41.

Grace Curnow recorded a time of 2:28.57 in the 800m to qualify for MACs.

Donya Baxter also qualified in shot put with a distance of 11.37m.

Gianna Sube set the program record in the 500m with a time of 1:34.65.

The Knights return to action on Saturday, January 18
th as they head to the Alvernia University Winter Invitational. The meet begins at 10:00 a.m.
