ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - The Arcadia University men's volleyball team fell to Lasell University 3-2 (15-25, 22-25, 25-18, 25-23, 6-15) and Rivier University 3-1 (20-25, 25-23, 19-25, 21-25) on Saturday afternoon when they finished play at the Battle of the Boardwalk.

-The Knights fell to 2-2.
-Lasell moved to 6-1.
-Rivier improved to 1-1.
ARCADIA 2, LASELL 3
HOW IT HAPPENED
SET ONE: ARCADIA 15, LASELL 25
-Lasell jumped out early with five quick points.
-The Knights locked the set at 11.
-The Lasers scored the last six to take set one.
SET TWO: ARCADIA 22, LASELL 25
-No team had an early advantage to start the second set.
-Arcadia took a four point lead in the middle of the frame.
-Tied at 22, Lasell finished the set with three straight points to secure the set.
SET THREE: ARCADIA 25, LASELL 18
-The Lasers had a three point gain on the Knights to begin the set.
-The Knights went on a 16-7 run to cut their deficit in half.
SET FOUR: ARCADIA 25, LASELL 23
-Neither team had an advantage to begin this set.
-Arcadia trailed the Lasers by two until, they went on a 5-1 run to push it to the final set.
SET FIVE: ARCADIA 6, LASELL 15
-Set five started as a back and forth match until the sixth point where Lasell outscored Arcadia 9-1 to win 3-2.

-Arcadia had a three point advantage over Rivier to start the set.
-Tied at 21, the Knights finished the set outscoring its opponent 5-2 to take set two.
SET THREE: ARCADIA 19, RIVIER 25
-Arcadia had the lead in the middle of the frame 12-11.
-The Raiders regained the lead and remained ahead for the rest of the set.
SET FOUR: ARCADIA 21, RIVIER 25
-The Knights maintained a lead early on.
-Rivier responded with an 8-4 to close out the match.
