READING, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team tied Alvernia on Friday afternoon in Middle Atlantic Conference play at Body Zone Complex. The score read 3-3 at the end of overtime before the Goldenwolves were able to capture the the shootout.

-Arcadia fell to 14-3-2 overall and 12-2-1 in conference play.
-Alvernia to 9-8-2 and 5-8-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Haylee Kos opened the scoring for the Knights five minutes into the game.
-Alvernia tied the game three minutes later and added another goal before the end of the first period.
-Arcadia's Maeve Hourihan tied the game at two, four minutes into the second period.
-The Goldenwolves regained their lead nearing the end of the period.
-Early in the third period, Phoebe Roberts locked the game at three.
-The Knights were unsuccessful in all of their attempts in the shootout.
-Alvernia found the back of the net on their third try.
-Hannah Bergeron made 22 saves in this contest.
