GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's basketball team fell by a 68-61 final in its Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) opener against DeSales inside Alumni Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia fell to 6-6 and 0-1 in league play.
-DeSales improved to 7-4 and 1-0, respectively, with the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights began the game on an 8-4 run through the first five minutes.
-Arcadia led 17-11 after the first 10 minutes.
-DeSales began the second on a 10-2 run as the Knights trailed 21-19 two minutes in.
-Arcadia faced a 28-27 deficit going into halftime.
-Trailing 42-40 with 1:41 left in the third, the Knights finished the quarter on a 6-1 run to enter the fourth leading 46-43.
-Arcadia was outscored in the final quarter 25-15.
