GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's and women's cross country teams are set to compete in the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships on Saturday, November 1st.
 
The championship race will be hosted by Delaware Valley University on the cross country course on the main campus in New Britain, Pa. The schedule of events is listed below.
 
The women's cross country team was selected to finish 8th in the conference by the 2025 Pre-Championship Coaches' Poll. Senior Grace Curnow looks to lead the Knights.
 
The men's cross country team was voted 9th in the 2025 Pre-Championship Coaches' Poll. Ben Williamson looks to lead the men as he continues to climb as the season went on.
