GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University men's soccer team opened Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Saturday, matching Lebanon Valley College, who is receiving votes in the latest United Soccer Coaches National Division III Top 25, goal-for-goal in a 4-4 tie from Jean Lenox West Field.

-Arcadia stands at 5-2-5 overall and 0-0-1 with the tie.

-Lebanon Valley moved to 6-1-4 and 0-0-1, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-After a scoreless first half, Declan Kelly got the scoring started in the 51st minute.

-Alex Chyzowych followed in the 66th minute assisted by Scott Jordan to give the Knights a 2-0 lead.

-LVC battled back to tie the score with tallies in the 66th and 76th minutes.

-Sean Lock gave Arcadia the lead back in the 78th minute with a penalty kick goal.

-After LVC took its first lead with goals in the 81st and 83rd minute, Lock notched his second of the game with an assist from Kelly in the 88th minute to finish the scoring.

-Logan Gildea made six saves for the Knights.
