NEWTOWN, Pa. - Sadie Nugent was named Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Rookie of the Year and First Team All-MAC Freedom, headlining three selection to the 2025 All-MAC Freedom Women's Soccer teams, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday morning.

Abby Stephens and Shelby Jones joined Nugent as Second Team All-MAC Freedom honorees.

Nugent was named the programs first conference Rookie of the Year since 2018 after she ranked second in the conference in shots, third in game-winning goals and shots on goal, fourth in points, and fifth in goals and assists. Nugent's season highlight came on September 30th when she notched the 13th hat trick in program history in a 4-0 win over Muhlenberg.

Stephens earned her second appearance on the All-MAC Freedom teams after taking a spot on the Second Team a season ago. Stephens ranked fourth in the MAC Freedom in assists, shots and game-winning goals, fifth in shots on goal, sixth in points, and eighth in goals.

Jones captured her first spot on the All-MAC Freedom teams as a key two-way player on the wing for the Knights. Jones finished with two goals and four points, almost tripling her career shot attempts and coming close to quadrupling her shots on goal, while helping lead a unit that allowed the fourth-least goals in conference play.
