NEW LONDON, Ct. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team tied Connecticut College on Sunday afternoon.
The score read 1-1 at the end of overtime before the fell in the shootout 2-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Arcadia won the opening draw and established early possession.
- The Camels responded with three early attempts, but Kaylee Miller turned away everything.
- Phoebe Roberts puts two late opportunities on net before closing out the first period.
- To open the second period, the Knights generated three quick chances from Ava Glab, Reese Plotnikoff, and Megan Sladish.
- Connecticut College found the back of the net first midway through the second period.
- With seven minutes remaining in the game, first year, Chloe Makinson breaks through and ties the game at one.
- For the five minutes of overtime, both teams exchanged chances but couldn't find the go ahead goal.
- The Camels were able to outscore the Knights 2-1 in the shootout.
- Miller collected 31 saves in this contest.
