COLMAR, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's ice hockey team completed their weekend sweep with a 4-1 win against Misericordia in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play on Saturday afternoon.

-Arcadia moves to 2-0-0, 2-0-0 (MAC).
-Misericordia fell to 0-4-0, 0-2-0 (MAC).

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia controlled an early pace, with multiple looks before breaking through.
-Arcadia's Chris Benkovitz, scored his first collegiate goal coming five minute into the first period.
-Misericordia pushed back with several attempts, but Hayden Williamson stayed solid in net.
-Matthew Verspeeten opened the scoring of the second period on a power play advantage, giving the Knights a 2-0 lead.
-With 1:10 remaining in the period, Ryan Cunningham found the back of the net for his second goal this season.
-Eight minutes into the third period, Drew Iannucci scored off an assist from Wes Sweitzer.
-The Cougars scored a goal with 27 seconds remaining in the contest.
