DALLAS, Pa. - Trailing 45-31 going into halftime, the Arcadia University women's basketball team outscored Misericordia University 36-14 in the second half to claim a 67-59 win in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Wednesday evening to move the teams win streak to five games.
FOR THE RECORD
-The Knights improved to 15-7 overall and 9-2 in conference play.
-Misericordia fell to 5-18 and 3-8, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia held an 11-7 lead four minutes through the first but the Cougars ended the quarter on a 13-3 run, holding a 20-14 advantage.
-The Knights were outscored 25-17 in the second, entering the break facing the largest deficit of the contest.
-Arcadia closed the gap in the third, but still faced a one-point shortcoming on the scoreboard.
-The Knights began the final quarter on a 17-6 run to secure the victory.
