Eight Different Scorers Lift Men's Lacrosse to Victory

IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team defeated Immaculata 11-9 in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon. 
 
The Knights had eight individual goal scorers on their 11 goal game.
 
FOR THE RECORD
- Arcadia improved to 2-0. 

- Immaculata fell to 0-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Andrew Borum scored the first goal of the game just 1:57 into the first quarter. 

- Just five minutes later, Tristan Johnson found the back of the net off an assist from Kyle McLaughlin to give the Knights a 2-0 lead. 

- With 4:25 remaining in the first quarter, Nick Mormando extended its lead. 

- Dylan Garber tacked on another goal for Arcadia. 

- Immaculata scored its first goal when the scoreboard read 1:49.

- The Knights outscored the Mighty Macs 5-3 in the second quarter with goals by Garber, Sean Perkinson, Gavin Lenart, Mormando, and Anthony Mangini

- McLaughlin had the lone goal in the third quarter Arcadia.

-Immaculata added three more goals cutting their deficit by three. 

- McLaughlin notched another goal in the forth quarter before the Mighty Macs found the back of the net twice. 

A.J. Dominguez won 10 of the 12 face offs he took.

- Nathaniel Hudgins played the first half of the game and secured his first win of the season with six saves. 

- Joseph Tesler held it down in goal in the second half with six saves.
