Softball Falls Twice to Haverford

GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University softball team opened its 2025 season, dropping both games against Haverford, falling 12-1 in six innings in game one and 7-1 in game two.

FOR THE RECORD
-The Knights fell to 0-2.

-Haverford moved to 2-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
GAME ONE: ARCADIA 1, HAVERFORD 12 (F/6)
-The Knights got on the board in the bottom of the first when Nathalia DiIanni singled to center scoring Kyleigh Mihalik.

-Haverford plated three runs in the third, one in the fourth and fifth, and seven in the sixth.

-Juliana Presto fell to 0-1, allowing five runs (two earned) on six hits with five strikeouts over 5.2 innings.
