CHESTER, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team defeated non-conference opponent Widener 14-6 on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Gavin Lenart kicked off the scoring with a goal just under four minutes into the game.

Nick Mormando then found the back of the cage off of an assist from
Kyle McLaughlin.
-Two goals from
Alex Adamczyk and one from Lenart and
TJ Shillingford gave the Knights a six goal lead.
- The Pride then put up its first goal with two seconds remaining in the first quarter.
-Widener put up to unanswered goals in the second quarter to cut its deficit in half going into halftime.
-The Knights outscored the Pride 4-3 in the third quarter with goals coming from
Reilly Robichaud, Mormando, and Mclaughlin.
-Arcadia scored four unanswered goals to finish the game in the fourth quarter.

Nathaniel Hudgins improved to 5-2 with 12 saves in today's win.
