CHESTER, Pa – The Arcadia University men's outdoor track and field team competed in the Danny Curran Invite hosted by Widener University on Friday and Saturday.
The Knights broke eight program records and had 13 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) qualifying performances.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Taeshaun Johnson met MAC qualifying standards in triple jump with a distance of 12.80m.

Redjee Nonez qualified in triple jump with a distance of 13.78m for ninth place of 26 jumpers.

Ben Williamson met qualifying standards with his program record breaking 10k time of 32:54.16.

Brendan Blyth broke the 800m school record while qualifying (1:59.88). He also qualified in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.79.

Darron Woo qualified for MACs with a program record breaking javelin throw (52.43m).

Wesley Castelli recorded qualifying standards in the 200m (23.17) and 400m (51.57). His 400m time set a new school record.

Ramses Valera qualified in the 400m with a time of 51.93.

Jorden Jones met MAC standards in the high jump (1.78m).

Masai Pines-Elliott qualified for the championship meet in the 100m with a time of 11.31.

Micah Bullock broke the school record and qualified in the 200m (22.40). He also met MAC standards in the 100m (11.34).

Miles Daniels set a new program 100m record with a time of 11.23.

Matthew Schutz broke his own school pole vaulting record with a fourth-place finish (4.25m).
- The 4x400m squad of Nonez,
Ryan Anderson, Valera, and Castelli recorded a new program record time of 3:24.62.
