RALEIGH, N.C. - The Arcadia University softball team opened its spring break trip to North Carolina with a 5-3 win over Berry, the No. 15 team in the latest NFCA/GOROUT Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll, while falling 10-0 in five innings to No. 4 Rowan on Friday afternoon.

GAME ONE: ARCADIA 5, NO. 15 BERRY 3
-The Knights jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first.
-Arcadia added a fifth run in the second.
-Berry crossed the plate twice in the first and once in the fourth.
