GLENSIDE – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team defeated non-conference opponent Emerson College 11-8 on Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Tristan Johnson kicked off the scoring with a goal just under two minutes into the game.

Nick Mormando then found the back of the cage off of an assist from
Gavin Lenart, ending the first with a score of 2-0.

Andrew Borum and
Rocco Fantazzi scored back-to-back goals to start off the second quarter of play.
- The Lions then put up four goals to Arcadia's one more from
Kyle McLaughlin in the remainder of the quarter to end the half with a score of 5-4, Knights.
- Emerson outscored Arcadia 4-2 in the third quarter with Knight goals from
Mason Barndt and
Anthony Mangini.
- Arcadia then put up four unanswered goals by Borum (2), McLaughlin, and Mormando, in the final 15 minutes of play to secure the 11-8 win.

Nathaniel Hudgins improved to 4-2 with four saves in today's win. Three of his four total saves were made in the fourth quarter to shut the Lions out.
