Men's Lacrosse Remains Unbeaten in Conference After Win Over Misericordia

GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team moves to 3-0 in conference action after a 13-5 win over Misericordia on Saturday afternoon in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play.

A.J. Dominguez broke the program record for ground balls that was set at 268 which he surpassed with 273.

Kyle McLaughlin led the Knights with five points on one goal and four assist.

- Misericordia fell to 6-7, 2-2 (MAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights opened the first quarter of play with two goals coming from Anthony Mangini and McLaughlin.

- The Cougars trailed by one going in to the second quarter (2-1).

- Sean Perkinson found the back of the net three minutes into the second quarter.

- Each team traded goals in the second quarter where Arcadia kept its lead with goals scored by Nick Mormando (2) and Andrew Borum (6-3).

- The Knights outscored Misericordia 3-2 in the third quarter with goals coming from Mormando, Borum, and AJ Laibach.

- Arcadia finished the game with four unanswered goals in the fourth quarter from Mangini, Mormando, Reilly Robichaud, and Mason Barndt.

- Goalkeeper Nathaniel Hudgins tallied another win with eight saves.
