DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Anthony Bruno set a new career mark for RBI's as the Arcadia University baseball team completed its sweep of Delaware Valley in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play with a 9-3 win on Monday afternoon.
The Knights scored nine runs in all three games of the series.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia moved to 21-9 overall and 11-4 in conference.
-Delaware Valley fell to 3-26 and 1-14, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia opened the scoring in the top of the second when
Eric Shandler scored on a wild pitch.
-Bruno broke the record in the top of the third when he singled to left scoring
Kevin Wheeler.
-DelVal got on the board in the bottom of the frame with a run.
-
Taro Pustilnik increased the lea back to two runs in the top of the fourth with an infield single that brought home
Joshua Agriesti.
-After the Aggies crossed the plate once in the bottom of the fourth, Agriesti came through again bringing in
Cam Seymour.
-Pustilnik drove in a run in the seventh and ninth, sandwiched around a three-run homer by Bruno in the eighth to finish the scoring for Arcadia.
