CHESTER, Pa – The Arcadia University men's outdoor track and field team competed at the Paul Donahue Invitational hosted by Widener University on Friday and Saturday.
 
The Knights broke six program records and had four more Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) qualifying performances.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ben Williamson met conference qualifying standards in the 5k while breaking the school record with a time of 15:38.21.

- Jaden Abreu qualified for MACs in long jump with a personal best mark of 5.99m.

- Redjee Nonez broke his own program 110m hurdles record (15.31). He also finished top ten in triple jump (13.68m).

- Ryan Anderson ran a personal record (PR) 51.91 in the 400m to qualify for MACs. He also recorded a personal best time of 23.47 in the 200m.

- Micah Bullock set a new school 200m record and personal record with a time of 22.34 seconds.

- Aaron Lemons Jr. met MAC qualifying standards and recorded a PR in the hammer throw (34.42m).

- Wesley Castelli recorded a career best time of 51.42 in the 400 for a new program record. He also recorded a PR in the 200m (23.07).

- Keaghan Cote broke the school hammer throw record with a career best distance of 36.85m.

- Jacob Covage recorded a 10:15.91 in the 3k Steeple Chase to break his own program record.

- Darron Woo finished fifth overall in javelin with a distance of 51.53m.

- Landon Gentile-Adamson (2:06.65) and Dylan Chauhan (2:08.49) both recorded personal best 800m times.

- Ramses Valera ran a career best 200m time of 23.47.
