GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa – The Arcadia University women's outdoor track and field team competed at the Last Chance Meet hosted by Gwynedd Mercy University on Sunday afternoon.
The Knights broke one program record and had one more Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) qualifier.

HOW IT HAPPENED

MaKenna Fick broke the program hammer throw record with a distance of 38.62m (second place).

Seanna Robinson met MAC qualifying standards in the hammer throw with a personal best distance of 32.87. She also placed first overall in shot put (9.84m).

Sarah Agnew placed second overall in high jump (1.25m) and recorded a personal best time of 2:54.10 in the 800m.

Sydney Connors earned third place with a time of 1:11.46 in the 400m.

Jackie Engler recorded a time of 2:34.26 for a second-place finish in the 800m.

Mia Fleming finished first in long jump (4.92m).

Sarah Heffernan ran the 800m in 3:05.24 and finished second overall in th 1500m (5:56.85).

Ella Henritzy finished first in discus throw (31.68m), second in shot put (9.63m), and fifth in hammer throw (29.49m). Her discus and hammer throw distances were personal bests.

Madison Hersey earned a career best javelin throw distance of 26.28m.

Izzy Kowalski placed second in triple jump with a personal best distance of 10.02m, and third in the 100m dash with a time of 13.53.

Karissa Kujawa earned two personal records in the discus throw (28.70m) and hammer throw (32.49m).

Isabella Marcinkiewicz finished second overall in the 100m with a time of 13.38.

Paige Masonheimer jumped a distance of 4.57m for third place in the long jump.

Delaney McGarry earned second place in the 400m (1:05.22).
