GLENSIDE - A 36-25 halftime lead was enough to push the Arcadia University men's basketball team to an 83-73 win over DeSales in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play inside Alumni Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 11-5 overall and 4-1 in league play.
-DeSales fell to 8-8 and 3-2, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights jumped out to an 11-2 run through the first 5:30, forcing DeSales into a timeout.
-Arcadia's lead was cut to six with 4:10 left but a strong end to the half led to an 11 points advantage.
-DeSales pushed the advantage down to four with eight minutes left but the Knights hit four three-pointers to get back ahead by 15 with two minutes on the clock.
