COLORADO SPRINGS, Co. – Arcadia University field hockey student-athletes Ashley Avington, Alyssa Garber, Ava O'Connor, and Dylan Snyder were named 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Scholars of Distinction, as announced by the organization earlier this week.

Arcadia was tied for second in the MAC Freedom with four honorees recognized on this year's list.

The NFHCA honored 543 undergraduate student-athletes nationwide as 2025 Division III Scholars of Distinction. The award recognizes those who achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.90 or higher through the fall semester and were nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.
