GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's basketball team earned the No. 2 seed and a home game in the semifinals of the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Tournament with a 62-50 win over King's in conference play on Saturday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia concluded the regular season with a 17-9 overall record, 10-4 in MAC Freedom play.
-King's finished the season at 9-16 and 2-12, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia began the game on a 12-0 run and held a 17-7 lead after the first quarter.
-The Knights led 28-17 with over two minutes left but King's finished the half on an 8-3 run as Arcadia led 31-25 going into the break.
-The Knights opened the third on a 12-7 stretch, leading 43-32 three minutes in.
-Arcadia held a 48-39 lead going into the final 10 minutes.
-The Knights maintained their lead as they cruised to the victory.
