STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Arcadia University men's indoor track and field team turned in another strong performance Friday at the Fastrack Invitational, hosted at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex. The Knights saw three program records fall and added multiple MAC Championship qualifiers during the meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED – TRACK EVENTS
• Micah Bullock won his heat of the 60 meters with a time of 7.14, finishing eighth overall. Naeem Evans placed second in his heat and 12th overall, also clocking 7.14.
• In the 800 meters, Dylan Chauhan crossed the line at 2:03.04.
• For the second consecutive week, Brendan Blyth broke his own school record in the mile, finishing with a time of 4:25.00.
• In the 400 meters, Ryan Anderson qualified for the MAC Championships with a time of 52.24. Wesley Castelli finished at 52.71, Bryan Carroll at 54.00, and Evans at 56.25.
• Jacob Covage set a new program record in the 3000 meters, placing 10th with a time of 8:53.96. Ben Williamson also qualified for MACs, finishing at 8:56.03.
• Bullock added a time of 22.23 in the 200 meters.
HOW IT HAPPENED – FIELD EVENTS
• In the long jump, Jaden Abreu recorded a best mark of 5.65 meters.
• Aaron Lemons Jr. led the Knights in the shot put with a best throw of 10.83 meters, while Keaghan Cote posted a mark of 10.61 meters.
• In the weight throw, Lemons Jr. recorded a best of 11.51 meters, and Cote followed with a throw of 10.77 meters.
• Matthew Schutz cleared a best height of 4.25 meters in the pole vault while setting a new program record.

The Knights will have one final tune-up ahead of the MAC Championships when they compete at the Penn State Tune-Up in University Park, Pa.
