AMBLER - Will Buchan earned his first career win with a complete-game three hit shutout highlighted the Arcadia University baseball's team sweep of Lebanon Valley in a Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) doubleheader at Skip Wilson Field on Saturday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 9-6 overall and 5-1 in conference play.
-Lebanon Valley fell to 6-9 and 3-3, respectively.
HOW IT HAPPENED
GAME ONE: ARCADIA 8, LEBANON VALLEY 5
-The Knights took a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the third on RBI's from
Taro Pustilnik,
Ryan Radigan, and
Solomon Abdullah.
-Lebanon Valley went in front 4-3 in the top of the fourth.
-Arcadia retook the lead with four runs in the bottom of the fourth.
-After the Flying Dutchmen cut the lead to 7-5 in the top of the fifth, Radigan added the final run in the bottom of the fifth with a single that scored Pustilnik.

Kevin Wheeler got the scoring started in the bottom of the second with a sacrifice to center that brought home
Hunter Dicarlantonio.
-Strauch increased the lead to 2-0 in the bottom of the third with a single to center that brought home Oswald.
-Radigan and Agriesti brought home runs in the bottom of the seventh to increase the lead to 4-0.
-Pustilnik finished the scoring in the bottom of the eighth with a single plating Strauch.
-Buchan tossed a complete-game gem, allowing no runs on three hits with one walk and eight strikeouts.
