AMBLER - Will Childs' bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the ninth sealed a comeback victory as the Arcadia University baseball team erased a 6-0 deficit to defeat Penn State Harrisburg 7-6 in non-conference play from Skip Wilson Field on Tuesday afternoon.

-Arcadia improved to 15-6 with the win.
-Penn State Harrisburg fell to 15-9.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Penn State Harrisburg opened the scoring in the top of the first on a groundout.
-The Nittany Lions added two more runs in the third and the fourth.
-The Knights got on the board in the bottom of the fourth when
Solomon Abdullah tripled to center scoring
Max Oswald, followed by a groundout from
Jake Keirstead that plated Abdullah.
-Oswald doubled to left-center in the fifth to score
Ryan Radigan, followed by a sacrifice fly from Keirstead that brought Oswald home.
-
Kevin Wheeler cut the deficit to 6-5 in the bottom of the eighth when he singled to bring home
Thomas Strauch.
-Childs tied the game later in the inning when he came home on a wild pitch.
-Keirstead began the bottom of the ninth with a walk and moved to third after the pitcher threw away a pickoff attempt. After back-to-back intentional walks, Childs worked a full count before ball four crossed the plate to give Arcadia the win.
