GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's tennis team held off Eastern for a 4–3 win in a closely contested match on Tuesday afternoon.

- Arcadia improved to 2-6.
- Eastern fell to 2-5.

SINGLES RESULTS
At No 1 singles, Savannah Falk won her match, 6-1, 6-2.
At No. 2 singles, Jada Young defeated her opponent 6-3, 6-3. 
At No. 3 singles, Leah Hatcher fell in three sets 6-1, 5-7, 1-6.
At No. 4 singles, Jessie Friel fell 2-6, 0-6.
At No. 5 singles, Nicole Scannapielo defeated her opponent 6-4, 6-4.
At No. 6 singles, Michelle Planita fell 2-6, 3-6.

DOUBLES RESULTS
At No. 1 doubles, Falk and Young won 6-2.
At No. 2 doubles, Hatcher and Friel beat their opponents 6-4.
At No. 3 doubles, Jaelyn DaSilva and Planita fell 2-6.

UP NEXT
The Knights return to action on Saturday when they host Rowan College of Gloucester County for a 1:00 p.m. non conference match.
