AMBLER - The No 2 seed Arcadia University baseball team fell twice to No. 3 seed Misericordia on Saturday afternoon by scores of 14-4 and 19-1 in the semifinals of the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Championship Tournament from Skip Wilson Field.

-Arcadia fell to 26-15.
-Misericordia improved to 28-15.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-GAME ONE: ARCADIA 4, MISERICORDIA 14
-Arcadia opened the scoring in the bottom of the first when
Noah Stennett lined a triple down the right field line and came in to score on a groundout from
Solomon Abdullah.
-Misericordia took the lead with one run in the second and four in the fifth.
-So. Abdullah cut the deficit to 5-2 when he singled up the middle in the bottom of the fifth with the bases loaded scoring
Eric Shandler. With the bases still loaded one batter later,
Max Oswald launched a fly ball to left that got caught in the in-blowing wind, as the left fielder made the catch with his back against the wall to end the inning.
-The Cougars went on to score five runs in the sixth, and two in both the seventh and eighth.
