GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University field hockey team fell by a 2-1 final against Eastern University in non-conference plat at Jean Lenox West Field on Saturday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia fell to 2-5 with the defeat.
-Eastern improved to 6-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights had an opportunity to take the lead in the 24th minute when
Mackenzie Clark was tripped by Eastern goalkeeper in the circle leading to a missed penalty stroke.
-Eastern was given a penalty stroke three minutes later that it converted to take a 1-0 lead.
-The Eagles doubled their lead im the 32nd minute.
-
Lane DerOhannessian got Arcadia on the board in the 33rd minute off a penalty corner with an assist from
Ava O'Connor.
-The Knights were awarded an untimed penalty corner at the end of the third that resulted in three shots on goal but they were unable to breach the cage.
-
Anna Doblovosky made 10 saves for Arcadia.
