GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University Department of Athletics has announced the hiring of Josh Rosado as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. Rosado will begin his duties at Arcadia on September 4. 

"I want to thank the entire hiring committee at Arcadia for making me feel so welcomed throughout the hiring process," Rosado explained. "From my first conversations through the on-campus interview, everyone made it clear that Arcadia is a special place with a strong sense of community, and I am extremely blessed for the opportunity to join the Knights."

Rosado comes to Glenside after most recently serving as a Graduate Assistant for Athletic Communications at Rider University, where he served as the primary contact for the Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's Wrestling, Baseball, and Men's and Women's Track & Field teams, leading all facets of publicizing the Broncs programs he was responsible for. 

"Throughout the hiring process, Josh's enthusiasm for athletic communications and the devotion to the teams he is responsible for was evident," explained Director of Athletic Communications Adam Planamento '12. "We are excited to welcome Josh back to the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) and are excited for Josh to bring new and fresh ideas to our team coverage and social media channels."

Prior to his time in Lawrenceville, Rosado served as an undergraduate intern for the Director of Athletic Communications at Messiah University. In the position, Rosado worked closely with the Falcons' Director of Athletic Communications to learn all aspects of Division III athletics, including writing press releases, creating content, and other duties as assigned. 

"I'm excited to get back to the Division III level and work in the MAC, a conference I'm already familiar with," Rosado continued. "I'm looking forward to helping tell the stories of Arcadia's student-athletes and coaches and doing my part to continue elevating the athletic programs. I can't wait to get started and see what's ahead."

Rosado graduated from Messiah in 2024 with a degree in Broadcasting and Journalism. While in Grantham, Rosado was a four-year member of the Falcons men's wrestling team. Rosado earned his Master's in Athletic Leadership from Rider in May 2026
