ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's cross country team opened the 2026 season with an eighth-place finish at the Dutchmen Invitational, hosted by Lebanon Valley College, on Saturday morning. The Knights placed eighth out of 15 teams in the 8,000-meter race, led by junior Jacob Covage, who finished 11th overall with an impressive time of 26:56.3.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Jacob Covage led the Knights with his 11th-place finish, marking the second consecutive season he has placed inside the top 20 at the Dutchmen Invitational.
• Landon Gentile-Adamson was Arcadia's second finisher, placing 56th overall with a time of 29:58.3.
• Alex Dodson rounded out the Knights' top three, finishing 64th in 30:42.7.
• Dylan Chauhan crossed the finish line in 30:52.8, while Logan Salvato completed the course in 32:11.6.

Arcadia posted a team average of 30:08, securing a top-10 finish for the second consecutive season at the season-opening invitational.
