2019: Appeared in 93 sets, tallying 847 assists, 254 digs, 47 blocks, 36 kills, and 28 service aces during her junior season… Named to Second-team All-MAC Commonwealth... Selected to MAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team... Totaled 44 assists, 25 digs, a service ace and a kill in a win against SUNY Geneseo (8/30) … Recorded 56 assists, 12 digs, six blocks and a kill in a victory over Salisbury (9/21) … Had 47 assists with 14 digs, two blocks and two kills against Stevenson (10/1) … Tallied 41 assists, 13 blocks, three service aces and two kills in a win over Eastern (10/10)... Chosen to the MAC Fall Honor Roll.

2018: Played in 33 matches including 31 starts … Earned First Team All-MAC Commonwealth... Led team with 1,202 assists and 47 service aces … Was second on the team with 327 digs … Had 48 assists and 14 digs against Bethany (9/1) … Totaled 45 assists and 17 digs against Wheaton (Mass.) (9/2) … Recorded 43 assists and 22 digs against UC Santa Clara (9/14) … Racked up 49 assists and 10 digs against Hunter College (9/29) … Had 50 assists and 13 digs against Clarkson (10/12) … Tallied a season-high 58 assists along with 23 digs against Alma (10/20) … Registered 39 assists and 12 digs against Stevenson in the MAC Commonwealth title game (11/3).

2017: Started 15 of 23 matches played… Registered 45 kills, 31 service aces, 195 digs, and had a .250 hit percentage on the season… Recorded four service aces and 10 digs against NYU (9/16)... Tallied five kills and 12 digs against Kean (10/28)... Claimed five kills and 15 digs against Stevenson (11/4)... Chosen to MAC Fall Honor Roll.

High School: 2017 graduate of Shenendehowa High School, where she was coached by Lori Kessler as a member of the volleyball team… Served as team captain her junior and senior years… Earned First-Team All-State honors as a senior after being named a Second-Team All-State selection as a junior… Named the league and Section 2 Player of the Year and The Times Union Girls Volleyball Athlete of the Year as a senior… Was a First-Team All-League selection and was named Girls Volleyball Player of the Team by the Troy Record her junior season.
 
Personal: Daughter of Rebecca and Bob Paliwodzinski… Has one brother, Nick, and two sisters, Grace and Emma.
