2019: Competed in all eight meets… Achieved a personal record time of 25:54.1 at the MAC Championships (25:54.1)… Finished with a time of 26:04.0 at the NCAA Regionals (11/16)… Placed 32nd overall with a time of 26:04.0 at the DeSales Invitational (10/12)… Had the team’s top mark of 22:06.4 on a 5K course at the Blazer Twilight Invitational (9/13)… Crossed the finish line in 26:11.1 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/5)… Placed in the team’s top-five at all eight meets.
 
2018: Ranked in Arcadia’s top three performers at all seven meets… Achieved a personal best with a time of 26:39.6 to move into seventh all-time on the program’s 6K leaderboard at the DeSales Invitational (10/6)… Led the team with a time of 26:54.4 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional (11/11)… Finished 77th with a time of 27:15.9 at the MAC Championship (10/27)… Paced the Knights with a time of 27:48.4 at the Kutztown DII/DIII Cross Country Challenge (9/15)… Recorded a time of 27:31.8 at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/13)… Opened the season with a time of 23:02.8 on a 5K course at the Bryn Mawr Invitational (8/31)… Chosen to the MAC Honor Roll.

2017: Was first runner to finish for Arcadia in the first four races of the season… Competed in the Bryn Mawr Invitational placing 20th with a time of 22:35.8 (9/1)... Finished with a time of 21:01.57 at the Dutchmen Invitational to place 32nd (9/9)... Completed the Delaware Valley Invitational with a time of 27:54.2 (9/23)... Placed 76th in the 6k run at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational clocking in at 27:01.0 (9/30)... Recorded a 28:01.0 at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/14)... Finished the MAC Commonwealth Championship race with a time of 28:54.2 (10/28)... Closed out the season with a time of 26:55.2 to place 235th at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional (11/11)… Chosen to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: 2017 graduate of Colts Neck High School…Was a three-year member of the cross country team…Helped team to the 2015 Central Jersey Group 3 Sectional Championship…Received the FRHSD Athletic Excellence Award in 2015…Helped team to the 2016 FRHSD Championship and A North Shore Conference Division Championship…Received the 2016 FRHSD Athletic Excellence Award…Also ran four years of winter track and four years of spring track… Double major in pre-art therapy and art with a concentration in animation and illustration.
