Biography

2023: Raced in six meets... Recorded an 8K season best time of 32:12.6 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle (10/14)... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Did not compete this season. 

2021: Raced in all seven meets... Achieved a personal record of 30:01.1, while placing 107th overall at the NCAA Metro Championships (11/13)... Finished second on the team and 83rd overall with a time of 30:35.1 at the MAC Championships (10/30)... Crossed the finish line at 30:12.1 to finish 101st overall at the DeSales Invitational (10/9)... Finished the season ranked eighth all-time on the program's 8k leaderboard.  

High School: Competed in four years of cross country and eight semesters of track & field at King Philip Regional High School… Chosen a 2018 Cross Country League All-Star… Received  the Unsung Hero Award as a sophomore… Earned several medals for top finishes at cross country and track & field meets… Named a 2020 League All-Star for indoor track & field… Qualified for the national meet in the DMR during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
