2023: Competed in 8 races... Ran a season best 5k time of 19:21.1 at the Lebanon Valley Invite (9/9)... Recorded a personal best 6k time of 22:03.3 at the Rowan Border Battle (10/14) which is first in program history... Finished fourth at the NCAA Regionals (22:08.9) which is the highest finish in program history... Was only the second cross country runner to qualify and compete at the NCAA Cross Country Naitonals... Named to first team all-MAC... Earned all-region qualifications... Named academic all-area by Philly-SIDA... Received USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Competed in six races... Received first-team all Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) recognition and All-Metro Region recognition... Recorded a time of 19:25.4 in the Lebanon Valley 5k for a personal record (9/10)... Finished 10th at the MAC Championships with a career best 6k time of 23:17.4... Her MACs finish is second overall in program 6k finishes and her 5k PR is second overall for 5k times...Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2021: Raced in seven meets... Garnered All-Region status with a 26th place finish and a personal record of 23:42.9 at the NCAA Metro Regionals (11/13)... Earned All-MAC Second-team recognition with a 16th place finish and a time of 24:41.6 at the MAC Championships (10/30)... Finished 18th overall with a 24:11.70 mark at the DeSales Invitational (10/9)... Opened the season with a second place finish and a time of 21:26.20 at the Griffin Open 5k (9/4)... Earned a 5k personal record with a time of 20:17.70 at Dutchmen Invitational (9/11)... Finished the season ranked second all-time on the program's 5k and 6k leader boards... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll. 

High School: Competed in three years of cross country and six seasons of track & field at Lampeter Strasburg High School… Chosen Rookie of the Year for cross country… Named a sectional and conference all-star… Awarded Most Outstanding Runner of the Year… Received the Distinguished Athlete Award… Ranked 20th in the league as a junior and improved to seventh overall during her senior season… Qualified for the league’s top-eight in 4x800m relay and 1600m run during the outdoor season.
