Biography

2023: Competed in seven races... Recorded a 5k personal record time of 20:48.6 at the Lebanon Valley Invite (9/9) which is the sixth fastest time in program history... Earned a personal best 6k time of 24:58.8 at the Rowan Border Battle (10/14) which is ninth in program history... Finished eight at the Bryn Marw Invite with a time of 21:48.5 (9/1)... Ran a 26:15.3 at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship meet for a 30th place finish (10/28)... Recorded a time of 25:20.6 at the NCAA Regionals (11/11)... Named to third team all MAC... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Competed in six meets... Ran a 5k career best time of 21:20.4 at the Lebanon Valley Invite (9/10)... Completed the Lock Haven 6k in 25:19.4 for a personal record (9/24). 

2021: Did not compete in any meets.

High School: Competed in three years of cross country, two years of outdoor track & field and two seasons of lacrosse at Belmont High School… Received the team sportsmanship award for cross country.
