Biography

2021: Ran in all eight races... Became the first individual athlete in school history to compete in the NCAA National Championships... Placed 179th overall with a tme of 22:56.8 at the NCAA National Championships (11/20)... Garnered All-Region status with a ninth place finish and a program record of 22:40.4 at the NCAA Metro Regionals (11/13)... Earned All-MAC First-team recognition with a second place finish and a time of 23:26.3 at the MAC Championships (10/30)... Recorded the program's highest finish at both the MAC Championships and NCAA Regionals... Finished second overall with a program course record of 23:06.80 at the DeSales Invitational (10/9)... Posted a program 5k record with a 19:15.9 mark and a second place finish at the Dutchmen Invitational (9/11)... Opened the season with the program's first individual race victory with a time of 19:26.70 at the Griffin Open 5k (9/4)... Set a program course record in every race as she recorded the team's fastest times in every race... Collected a top-10 finish in six races and a top-three finish in five races. 

Before Arcadia: Competed in three seasons of cross country, four seasons of indoor track and two seasons of outdoor track at Ohio University… Opened the cross country season with a career-best 6K time of 23:01.2 at the Cardinal Classic… Posted a career-best of 19:36 in the 5K at Bluegrass Cross Country Invitational… Finished 74th overall at the MAC Championships… Chosen to the All-MAC Academic Team in back-to-back seasons.

High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Central Bucks High School East… Named a two-time Team MVP for cross country… Won the league championship in 2013, while placing 19th at the state championships… Finished eighth overall in the 4x800 state championships.
