2023: Competed in five meets... Earned a personal best javelin throw by almost seven meters with a distance of 22.00m at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational (4/21).

2021: Competed in four meets… Posted a season-best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 21.36 at Widener University (Apr. 24)... Finished second with a season-best time of 1:28.45 at the Alvernia Last Chance Qualifier (May 1)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Graduated from Sterling High School... Played four years of field hockey... Competed in two seasons of lacrosse and track & field.
