2023: Competed in eight meets... Earned a personal best 1500-meter race time of 4:58.30 to break the program record at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Participated in the 4x800 meter relay that finished in ninth place and broke a program record with a time of 10:15.31 at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that broke the program record with a time of 4:17.84 at the 2023 Messiah/Multi Invitational (Apr 13-15)... 2021: Competed in six meets… Met championship qualifying standards in the 800m and 1500m runs… Narrowly missed out on a podium finish, while capturing ninth place with a season-best time of 5:02.71 in the 1500m run at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Set a personal record with a time of 2:27.39 in the 800m run at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Competed in the 4x400m relay (4:27.61) at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Finished second overall in the 400m run with a season-best time of 1:04.99 at the Alvernia University Last Chance Qualifier (May 1)... Met qualifying standards in the 1500m run with a time of 5:04.62 at Widener University Meet #3 (Apr. 18)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in three years of cross country and six seasons of track & field at Lampeter Strasburg High School… Chosen Rookie of the Year for cross country… Named a sectional and conference all-star… Awarded Most Outstanding Runner of the Year… Received the Distinguished Athlete Award… Ranked 20th in the league as a junior and improved to seventh overall during her senior season… Qualified for the league’s top-eight in 4x800m relay and 1600m run during the outdoor season.
