2024: Competed in 5 meets... Recorded a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 5:14.59 at the Ursinus Track and Field Festival(4/5)... Recorded a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 40:19.97 at the MAC Championship meet(5/2)...  Recorded a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 18:45.46 at the MAC Championship meet(5/2)...


2023: Competed in seven meets... Earned a personal best 5000-meter race time of 20:02.63 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Participated in the 4x800 meter relay that finished in ninth place and broke a program record with a time of 10:15.31 at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... Set a new personal record in the 1500-meter race with a time of 5:27.92 at the Osprey Open and Multi (Apr 7-8).

2021: Competed in five meets... Achieved a personal record with a time of 5:29.76 in the 1500m run at Widener University (Apr. 24)... Posted a season-best time of 2:46.85 in the 800m run at Widener University (Apr. 10)... Recorded a season-best distance of 16.01m in the javelin at the Alvernia University Last Chance Qualifier (May 1)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in three years of cross country, two years of outdoor track & field and two seasons of lacrosse at Belmont High School… Received the team sportsmanship award for cross country.
