2022: Competed in seven races... Finished 12th at the Bryn Mawr Invitational with a personal best 5k time of 18:16.4 (9/1)... Ran to a career best 8k time of 28:25.3 at the Middle Atlantic Conferenece Championships (10/29)... Finished the season fifth in program overall 8k and 5k finishes. 

2021: Raced in all seven meets... Recorded a personal record of 29:28.4 as he led the team with a 95th place finish at the NCAA Metro Regionals (11/13)... Paced the team with a 79th place finish with a time of 30:28.1 at the MAC Championships (10/30)... Earned his first career top-10 finish with a eighth place effort and a time of 18:55.3 at the Griffin Open 5k (9/4)... Led the Knights with a top time of 30:03.50 at the DeSales Invitational (10/9)... Finished the season ranked sixth all-time on the program's 8k leaderboard... Posted the Knights top time in four races. 

2019: Competed in all eight meets… Set a personal record with a time of 29:32.5 at the MAC Championships (10/27)… Crossed the finish line in 29:42.7 at the NCAA Regionals (11/16)… Achieved a personal record in the 5K with a time of 18:59.4 at the Blazer Twilight Invitational (9/13)… Finished third on the team in every meet.
 
High School: Ran three years of cross country at Souderton Area High School… Participated in two years of track & field.
