2023: Competed in all seven races... Recorded the 10th best 8K finish in program history with a personal record 28:48.4 time at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle (10/14)... Holds the fourth best Rowan University course time... Earned a season best 5K finish of 19:02.8 at the Bryn Mawr Invite (9/1).

2022: Competed in three races... Finished 19th at the Bryn Marw Invitational with a personal best time of 18:46.2 (9/1)... Earned an 8k career best time of 28:52.6 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/24)... Finished the season eighth in program overall 8k finishes and sixth in 5k times.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran four years of Cross Country... Regional Champions... State Champions... Sportsmanship Award... Three-year member of indoor and outdoor track teams.
