2023: Competed in two races... Ran a 5k time of 26:14.3 at the Bryn Marn Invitational (9/1)... Completed the Lebanon Valley Invite 5k with a season best time of 25:38.7... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Competed in four races... Recorded a season best 5k time of 27:00.3 at the Lebanon Valley Invite (9/10)... Ran to a season best 6k time of 32:05.7 at the DeSales Invitational. 

2019: Competed in all eight races… Achieved a personal record of 29:17.1 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/5)… Crossed the finish line in 29:18.6 at the NCAA Regionals (11/16)… Finished with a time of 29:20.2 at the MAC Championships (10/27)… Had a personal record of 24:06.4 on a 5K course at the Blazer Twilight Invitational (9/13).
 
High School: Graduated from William Tennent High School in 2019… Earned three varsity letters in cross country… Member of the track & field team… Chosen to the all-league third team in the 4x100 relay.
