Biography

2022-23: Competed in seven meets... Crossed the finish line in fourth place with a personal best time of 6.70 in the 55-meter dash and placed first in the long jump with a personal best mark of 6.86 meters at the 2023 Deschriver Invitational (2/5)... Achieved a personal best time of 7.10 in the 60-meter dash as the MAC Championships (Feb 24-25)... Finished the 200-meter dash (23.13) in fifth place and the long jump (6.73m) in fourth place at the MAC Championships (Feb 24-25)... Made the podium in four events at the MAC Championships... Earned a silver medal in the triple jump (14.39m), placed fourth in long jump (6.70m), fifth in high jump (1.78m), and was a member of the school record breaking 4x200m relay (eighth place)... Qualified for his first NCAA Indoor Track and Field Nationals... Earned Second Team All-American with a 11th place finish (3/9).

2021-22: Competed in four meets for the Knights... Finished third in the 400m dash for a personal best time of 54.76 at the Golden Wolves Invitational (12/4/21)... Ran a 7.29 in the 60m dash and crossed the finish line at 23.90 in the 200m dash to post conference qualifying marks in both events (12/10/21)... Finished first in the 55 meter dash with a time of 6.75 seconds at the Muhlenberg Invitational (1/28/22)... Qualified for the MAC Conference Championships in the long jump, the 60, and the 200m.

High School: Competed in four years of indoor/outdoor track & field and two seasons of basketball at William Penn Charter… Named a team captain for the indoor and outdoor seasons… Helped capture the Inter-Academic League Championship as a freshman… Placed second overall in the high hurdles at the Inter-Academic League Championships… Finished sixth overall in the high hurdles at states as a junior.
