2024: Competed in five races... Holds the 8k program record with 26:27.2... Competed in the MAC Cross Country Championship with a time of 29:30.2.

2023: Competed in all seven races... Finished in first place in his collegiate debut at the Bryn Marw Invitational with a time of 17:06.4 (9/1)... Holds the second fastest 5K time in program history ... Placed 32nd at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships with a time of 28:31.7 (10/28)... Completed the NCAA regionals 8K with a time of 26:48.3 for the highest finish in program history (11/11)... Holds the top Rowan University (26:48.3), Lebanon Valley College (27:23.2), and Bryn Mawr (17:06.4 - 5K) course times... Is second in program history at the Misericordia (29:04.0) course and third at DeSales (27:29.8)... Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran four years of cross country... Earned the  Bradshaw Coaches Award and Varsity Club Award... Participated in four years of indoor and outdoor track and field... Received the Bradshaw Coaches Award for indoor track and field.
