Simply Yoga
Simply Yoga is a free yoga app that contains 20, 40, and 60-minute yoga routines that instruct you through each pose. Each pose is demonstrated by a certified personal trainer, so all you have to do is decide how long you want your workout to be. If you like the experience enough there is also a premium option that offers additional classes at a higher difficulty. Available on both Apple App and Google Play Stores.
Peloton App
You don’t need to own a Peloton bike or treadmill to take advantage of the thousands of live and on-demand classes from your phone, tablet, TV, and more offered on the app. The only catch is that you will need to enter your credit card information to receive the 30-day digital membership.
