Knights of Color Leadership Council

KCLC Logo

The Knights of Color Leadership Council (KCLC) was formed in the 2021-22 academic year and serves as an affinity group for student-athletes of color. KCLC offers a space for student-athletes of color across all teams to come together and build a community amongst each other, while also offering an outlet to advocate for the needs of student-athletes of color in the athletics department and the broader Arcadia community. Meetings occur regularly throughout the semester. Any student-athletes interested in joining KCLC should reach out to either a KCLC E-Board member or Oliver Moe, Assistant AD for Student-Athlete Success and Leadership.

Mission Statement
KCLC exists to empower and uplift student-athletes of color as leaders who shape an inclusive future at Arcadia. We do this by fostering community, advocating for equality, and creating opportunities for growth and service from within and beyond Arcadia.
