Joe DiGiaimo is entering his third season as assistant baseball coach at Arcadia University in 2019.
DiGiaimo began his collegiate coaching career at Immaculata University in 2016 alongside Bryan Torresani, where he worked primarily with the team’s infielders, coached first base, and provided instruction on hitting and baserunning. The Mighty Macs ranked second in the NCAA in stolen bases last season while advancing to the championship round of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship Tournament for the first time in program history.
As a player, DiGiaimo was a three-time All-CSAC selection at shortstop for the Mighty Macs, earning Second-Team All-Conference honors in 2013 and 2014 after receiving Honorable Mention in 2011. He finished his collegiate career ranked among the team’s all-time leaders in almost every offensive and defensive category.
