Brandon Arao enters his fourth season as the head coach of Arcadia's Rainbow Six Siege team and second as the head Valorant coach.

Arao led the Valorant team to the number two seed in the NECC Division Playoffs in the programs first season.

Arao also led Rainbow Six Siege to the No. 1 seed in the NECC Divisional Playoffs in 2022-23, while securing a post-season spot in 2020-21.

Arao graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration: Cyber Security, where he was a member of the Rainbow Six Siege team.
